Dry; High acidity; Medium-full body. Focused fruit and acid with dusty, mid-palate tannin. Aromas of red currant, crushed rose petal, pomegranate pith, dried orange peel, toasted sugar, and sarsaparilla. Flavors of dried cranberry, black cherry kirsch, huckleberry, hibiscus, black tea, and menthol. Outstanding quality.
