Dry; Medium-high acidity; Medium-Full body. Aromas of black cherry kirsch, dried currant, carob, tobacco, and charcoal. Flavors of black cherry, raspberry liqueur, clove, salt licorice, molasses, black pepper, and wintergreen. Very good quality.
Specifications: The first Resilience Wines release! 10% of proceeds donated to Portland Immigrant Rights Coalition. A blend of 2019 Columbia Valley AVA Syrah aged in 15% new French oak and 2023 Willamette Valley AVA Tempranillo aged in 50% new French oak. 14.4% alcohol.
