Beaverton, Oregon – On Tuesday, April 21, 2026, Syndicate Wine Bar hosted a forum for three candidates running for local office.
A full-capacity restaurant listened and learned about Blayne Soleymani-Pearson, running for Washington County Commissioner District 2; Nafisa Fai, running for Washington County Chair; and Tammy Carpenter, MD, running for Oregon House District 27.
The space brought “incredible energy last night, as the community came together to support candidates committed to building a future that centers working families and not corporations.”, said Carpenter.
Solylmani-Pearson added that he is “grateful to stand alongside incredible candidates and a community that’s all in and committed to change. Let’s finish this strong!”
Syndicate donated to the candidates a portion of proceeds from glass pour and bottle sales during the evening of its Resilience Wines brand. Resilience is pending a winery license of parent company Syndicate Wine, LLC, and will distribute its wines statewide. The new brand has been in development since Fall 2025.
