Description
Aromas: Peach, red apple peel, red star grapefruit, rose petal, orange peel, and Marcona almond.
Flavors/experience: Off-dry; Medium-high acidity; Medium body. Ripe strawberry, honey crisp apple, and dried orange. A long finish shows candied ginger, white pepper, and citrus oil. Very good quality.
Specifications: 100% Pinot Noir Rosé, produced for us by Chris Baker from select vineyards in the Willamette Valley AVA. The label (“Classic Series”) features the original storefront of Syndicate Wine Bar from our opening in 2019 and pays homage to Pinot Noir Rosé as one of our initial private label offerings. 14.5% alcohol.
